Qualified, compassionate specialists — occupational therapists, speech pathologists, behaviour experts, remedial educators and counsellors — united by one mission: helping every child reach their full potential.
The visionaries who built Hope CDC into Pune's trusted paediatric therapy centre.
A licensed paediatric occupational therapist since 2018, Dr. Shaziya Virani co-founded Hope CDC in 2020 with a vision of truly integrated child development care in Pune.
She has extensive experience with children and adolescents with autism (ASD), developmental delays, ADHD, neurological and genetic disorders, and Sensory Processing Disorder — across clinics, schools, and early intervention settings.
Shaziya believes every parent deserves a centre where OT, speech, behaviour and remedial support work together — not in isolation. She leads clinical excellence and therapist training at both Kharadi and Dhanori centres.
Ritwik Pillai brings over 8 years of marketing, sales, and operations experience to Hope CDC. He has been part of the centre since its inception in 2020 and now dedicates his full time to its growth.
He leads day-to-day operations, parent experience, and centre expansion — ensuring every family who walks through the door feels welcomed, heard, and supported from the first phone call to every therapy session.
His energy and commitment to service excellence have helped Hope CDC earn a 5.0 Google rating and become a trusted name for paediatric therapy across East Pune.
A seasoned banking professional with over 15 years of leadership experience, Subhjit Dasgupta brings strategic planning, business development, and people-centric leadership to Hope CDC.
He is fully dedicated to the centre's expansion and mission — strengthening service excellence, building partnerships, and extending Hope CDC's reach to more families and communities across Pune.
His vision: a sustainable, inclusive ecosystem where quality paediatric care, compassion, and community development go hand in hand.
